Whether it’s an old ceiling fan to replace, a front door needing a coat of paint, or leaky faucet, home upkeep is an endless (and often stressful) task.
When upkeep needs to be done, typically homeowners:
- Leave it unrepaired for months (or longer) and be irritated every time they look at it.
- Try to fix it themselves only to take half a Saturday with multiple trips to the hardware store, and perhaps not totally finishing it.
- Spend time and stress asking Google, friends, etc. for contractor recommendations, and then call, screen, and attempt to schedule a time for the contractor to come and do the work.

- Open your phone, and go to your Custom Care Home’s account.
- Create a new job.
- Upload pictures and a description.
- Easily schedule us to come do a job.
HOW PRICING WORKS
- You choose a monthly subscription plan that covers the time needed to complete your monthly upkeep jobs.
- You schedule a job for that month, including job details, and pictures.
- We send back an estimate of the cost of materials.
- You approve the job.
What if you have a month or two were you didn’t submit a job? No problem,. Our subscription allows you to accumulate unused hours toward future jobs.*

Home Care Plus
Choose this plan for more regular mid-size task (painting a small room, installing a new ceiling light fixture, installing a new dish washer, etc.) and also includes the option of adding additional work.
What's included
Use this plan to keep your home in great shape and tackle more projects. You can either get multiple smaller repairs projects per month or schedule a bigger project (replacing a bath vanity, tiling a kitchen backsplash, etc.)
